| 2 | 11 beds to 30 beds | Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand rupees) |
| 3 | 31 beds onwards | Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand rupees) plus Rs. 100/- (one hundred rupees) per bed for every additional bed. |
*(Where the fee for renewal is not deposited in time as required under rule 6, an additional late fee amounting to 10 percent of the renewal fee shall be charged per month or part thereof.)
